Privacy Policy

Tim Wilkinson d/b/a Real Impact (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect across our websites — timjon.com, realimpactos.com, realimpacthq.com, gutsyinvestor.com, gutsycloser.com, and related properties — how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you have. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: identifying info (name, email, phone number, mailing address), payment info (billing details and payment method, processed by our processors Stripe and GHL Payments; we do not store full card numbers), program content (call recordings, written reports, intake/quiz responses, notes, deal details), and communications (emails, SMS, support messages, and calls with us).

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser/device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on site, and similar usage data, via cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: payment processors (transaction status), advertising platforms (conversion and attribution data via pixels/APIs), our CRM (GoHighLevel), and public sources/social media.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (e.g., precise geolocation, biometric data) except as needed to deliver a service you request.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use it to: (a) deliver and support the Offerings you request; (b) process payments; (c) provide coaching and personalized feedback; (d) send transactional messages (receipts, confirmations, reminders); (e) with your consent, send marketing emails and SMS; (f) improve our Offerings using aggregated analytics; (g) prevent fraud and abuse; and (h) comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with:

• Service providers acting for us: GoHighLevel (CRM/email/SMS), Stripe (payments), Zoom (live sessions), Google Workspace/Drive (storage), Skool (community), and our transcription pipeline — contractually bound to use it only to serve us.
• Other participants, for group/cohort Offerings, to run the cohort (name/contact only; confidentiality rules apply).
• For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• In a business transfer, if we are acquired or merged; you will be notified.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, measure usage, personalize content, and run advertising.

5. Your Choices and Rights

• Email opt-out: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email. We honor opt-outs promptly, and in all cases within 10 business days.
• SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any marketing text (see SMS Terms).
• Access, correction, deletion, portability: email tim@opmnow.com to request a copy of, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data.

State privacy rights. Residents of states with consumer-privacy laws — including Texas (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with applicable consumer-privacy statutes — may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of the sale/sharing/ targeted-advertising and profiling of their personal data. To exercise any right, email tim@opmnow.com. You may appeal a denied request by replying with “APPEAL” in the subject line; we will respond within forty-five (45) days. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you of a breach affecting your personal information as required by law.

7. Data Retention

Contact info is kept while you are a customer or opted-in subscriber. Purchase/invoice records are kept 7 years for tax/accounting. Program content is kept per the Recording & IP Policy. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Children

Our Offerings are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

9. International Transfers

We are located in Texas, USA. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the Effective Date will change and material changes will be noticed by email and/or on our sites.
